“The Manager, I cannot remember his name right now, was absolutely amazing. I came in with a flat tire on Saturday and they were so busy and so short staffed that he could not help me out that day. He genuinely felt terrible that he could not help out. He was kind enough to let me leave my car in the parking lot until my husband could get there the next day. Upon arriving the next day, we were approached by him and told that he absolutely could take us in and patch out tire for us, which is what we wanted because our tires are under warranty. From start to finish, it was about1 hour and we were on our way home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We also had a lot of laughs with the staff. It was just an overall great experience.”

“Lydia was great and helped me with 4 tires on my transit 350, she handled the fleet account process quickly and I was in and out quickly with an appt so big props to the tech/techs who did the tires. Only reason for a missing star is the guy in the back at the commercial tire center needs an attitude adjustment.”

Beyond that, they run a good shop and do what they can to keep costs down.

Mike's assistant(the guy who actually does the work) is pretty awesome too. Always willing to help me out when I ask stupid questions.
My only issue is with the phone service. They make the simplest procedures much more complicated. Always.
Either train them better, or let us call the shop directly.”
“Best most honest place for used tires. Smiths cheated me almost the same for 1 tire which was worse then the tire that was on. Mr Ray's just put almost new tires 2 for less then smoths. People wake up if u want great customer satisfaction and a tire u can actually trust I'd go here plus it was fast. This is the only place I'll ever use after today”
“Bought 4 tires on a Saturday, and on Monday two of the went flat. I called and they said bring it in. So i filled the tires with air and went down. The problem was my valve stems were no good. They replaced them at no cost to me. Now i'm good to go. Great service and fast. Save your reciept in case you need them to relook at something.”
“Bought used tire n it had or got a pin hole but I couldn't get there for days with work n they plugged it for free n put tire on car!!!

“We discovered about half an hour before this location closed that we had an object lodged in our tire. The gentleman at the front and the mechanic stayed well past closing to be able to accomodate us last second. Highly reccomend their service”

“For my Drivers ? Easy place to find, but it is tight, so be aware. It's very manageable to get into "IF." You are a Professional Driver ?Considering it's a one lane highway, it requires you to blind side back in... But let me tell y'all my secret ? if you go past the Goodyear sign (Shipping/Receiving) to the next driveway where it says "Service" and turn around back there. And then come back to Shipping/Receiving driveway and set up your backing the right way on the street. Then you will be able to get in there. Easy like Butter ? Unless, you just really want to blind side back (hey be my guest) ? They only occupy 2 docks for other carriers/companys...Why make things complicated when you don't have to ??♀️?Oh, and yea, they were pretty quick, too, unloading me....Stay safe, my fellow Drivers ?? ??”
