Although there was a little miscommunication on what the car was there for the manager and assistant store manager made it right and took good care of me and my car quickly and efficiently after we landed on what the car needed. “Ended up with a nail in a tire over the weekend - travel for a living, and my vehicle is necessary! Had to get out of town on Sunday and had a long drive coming up, but knew that most tire places and mechanics are closed on Sundays and even getting a patch costs a decent amount!

“Bought 4 tires on a Saturday, and on Monday two of the went flat. I called and they said bring it in. So i filled the tires with air and went down. The problem was my valve stems were no good. They replaced them at no cost to me. Now i'm good to go. Great service and fast. Save your reciept in case you need them to relook at something.”
“Bought used tire n it had or got a pin hole but I couldn't get there for days with work n they plugged it for free n put tire on car!!!

“Best most honest place for used tires. Smiths cheated me almost the same for 1 tire which was worse then the tire that was on. Mr Ray's just put almost new tires 2 for less then smoths. People wake up if u want great customer satisfaction and a tire u can actually trust I'd go here plus it was fast. This is the only place I'll ever use after today”

“For my Drivers ? Easy place to find, but it is tight, so be aware. It's very manageable to get into "IF." You are a Professional Driver ?Considering it's a one lane highway, it requires you to blind side back in... But let me tell y'all my secret ? if you go past the Goodyear sign (Shipping/Receiving) to the next driveway where it says "Service" and turn around back there. And then come back to Shipping/Receiving driveway and set up your backing the right way on the street. Then you will be able to get in there. Easy like Butter ? Unless, you just really want to blind side back (hey be my guest) ? They only occupy 2 docks for other carriers/companys...Why make things complicated when you don't have to ??♀️?Oh, and yea, they were pretty quick, too, unloading me....Stay safe, my fellow Drivers ?? ??”

“Was traveling from Florida to New York and breaks sounded bad, pulled over and the car clunked and wouldn’t drive. Had car towed to Mavis and they diagnosed the issue quickly. The break caliper bolt fell out. Jade replaced the bolt and retapped the bracket and had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Thank you so much. Highly recommend 10/10”
