Only reason for a missing star is the guy in the back at the commercial tire center needs an attitude adjustment.”

“I had an incredible experience with customer service at Mavis today. We discovered a nail in our tire and noticed the low pressure light was on. Upon arriving at Mavis, we were welcomed by a cheerful young lady who informed us that the repair would take no longer than 30 minutes. Once the service was completed and we went to settle the bill, they surprisingly didn’t charge us, which is honestly quite rare and greatly appreciated. We are now back on the road, safe and sound. “The Manager, I cannot remember his name right now, was absolutely amazing. I came in with a flat tire on Saturday and they were so busy and so short staffed that he could not help me out that day. He genuinely felt terrible that he could not help out. He was kind enough to let me leave my car in the parking lot until my husband could get there the next day. Upon arriving the next day, we were approached by him and told that he absolutely could take us in and patch out tire for us, which is what we wanted because our tires are under warranty. From start to finish, it was about1 hour and we were on our way home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We also had a lot of laughs with the staff. It was just an overall great experience.”
