Thankfully I was assisted by the courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, Talitha Stump each time, and she’s the only reason I’m giving 5 stars. Her humor kept us both occupied as she attempted to work through the multiple failed attempts to fulfill my order due to Xfinity’s poor system.
Tsk, tsk Mr. Comcast…if your job is to sell tech, don’t you think it should work? And, if your own system isn’t reliable in your own store, how are your sales people supposed to make sales? Sure didn’t give me the warm fuzzies…boooo.

“Guilds TV kindly allowed my uncle to use a loaner TV after his broke down for several months, very nice of them. By allowing him to use that loaner my uncle was able to watch our after hour of streamed polka dance television shows which gave him wonderful entertainment during a very cold pandemic plague winter!
