“Always professional, great with the patients, warm and caring. Hospitals like Williamsport West are few and far between. I know, I am a retired Licensed Vet Tech. I trust them explicitly. Even my shy Shelties love them!”

“This is long overdue. I’ve been in Williamsport for 13 years, and throughout that time, we’ve been going to the Animal Hospital on the Golden Strip. It started with our very first appointment, back when Dr. Winton was still practicing. We had a cat with severely deformed front paws—deformed bones, massive calcium horns, and fused claws. Previous vets in the Delmarva area had quoted us thousands of dollars for surgery to make her more comfortable. Dr. Winton removed the horns and deformed claws for the cost of a declaw (out of “medical curiosity”), which at the time was maybe $150-$200, and gave that sweet little cat a whole new lease on life. Since then, we’ve been there for countless emergencies with our dogs and cats—from cocoa ingestion to today’s visit for breathing issues. Every time, and I mean every single time, we’ve been treated with the same level of kindness, compassion, and respect that we experienced at that very first appointment. After 13 years, I can’t say enough about how grateful we are for the people at the Animal Hospital on the Golden Strip. They’ve cared for so many of our animals over the years, and we’ve always felt like they genuinely cared about them—not just as patients, but as members of our family. Thank you 😊”

“Took our Sophi for removal of 2 lumps and dental cleaning. Extremely happy with their work and reasonable costs. It was our first time using their services after leaving a corporate veterinary clinic and we couldn’t be happier. Extremely caring and friendly staff and Dr. Highly recommend.”

“Visiting from out of town and needed to have my dog seen after being bit by another dog, they got us in promptly. Doctor and staff were wonderful with my little Gigi and even kept her while we finished up medical appointments with my father. Highly recommend”

“My horse developed a serious infection. Dr Dotzel was absolutely wonderful in the care she gave him. Thanks to her he is well on his way to complete recovery. I recommend her to care for your pets both large and small.”
