“Great selection of product. A little disorganized so it was hard to find a few things. Thought the pricing was good, for the amount of stuff I got. Didn't really encounter any employees but it's more of a shelf service place. Could use more jewelry though.”

Tags don't have the price on them only the racks. QR Scan is needed.
The only negative is the undercover security (I can spot them easily) following me around. I just chuckle and shake my head.”

“Returning an online purchase from Nordstrom's. Very pleased to be able to make the return to Nord. Rack. Browsed around the store: it's a bit of a jumple...sizes are haphazardly hung in random places, so you have to pick through and verify it's the size you want. Occasionally, I have found a gem, but requires too much effort. Will go back to online and the main store.”

“Had the best experience yesterday with Susannah! She went above and beyond to help my sister find new bras that made her feel comfortable and confident. She had great knowledge about the products in store and brought out so many different styles and sizes for my sister to try on so that she could find the best one. Did not catch the manager on duty’s name unfortunately, but shoutout to her as well for going out of her way to check drawers and the back for a pair of shorts I was interested in and then reminded me that I can get free shipping by ordering in store! Great store, great employees. Will be back!!”

“I loved this store, Today I went today with my daughter to buy clothes for the first time because in the past visits the clothes didn’t fit her perfectly and there was so much to choose from. There was everything from skirts, shirts, dresses, sleepwear, swimwear, sweaters everything a teen would love. The cashiers and employees were so kind and helpful, for example we didn’t know the size quide or a size that fit my daughter and the amazing employee helped us out and she even brought us options for my daughter to try on! Also the cashiers were so polite and patient! 5 out of 5 stars!! Definitely recommend this store for teens and young adults!! Am for sure going back!!”
“The clothes are very comfortable and reasonably priced ! I’ve been going to this store a few years now and it’s my new favorite! They are closing so many stores it’s very sad ! It’s hard to find good clothes these days and to have a fitting room !!!!! A lot of stores closed heir fitting rooms!! It’s insane , I don’t have time to return and all that ! I hardly have time to make it to a mall !! I go to the one in Willow grove shopping center, it’s very nice there , clean , security! It’s always very busy ! The mall is very nice tho , it’s 3 levels !!”

“I love shopping at H&M! They carry a really nice selection of casual clothing that works great for both the office and everyday wear. This store can be a bit hit or miss — sometimes it’s super well-stocked, and other times not as much. But my last visit was a win! They had a lot of beautiful pieces in stock. The staff is somewhat friendly, not overly engaging but helpful when needed. Overall, a solid spot for trendy, affordable fashion.”
