“Had the best experience yesterday with Susannah! She went above and beyond to help my sister find new bras that made her feel comfortable and confident. She had great knowledge about the products in store and brought out so many different styles and sizes for my sister to try on so that she could find the best one. Did not catch the manager on duty’s name unfortunately, but shoutout to her as well for going out of her way to check drawers and the back for a pair of shorts I was interested in and then reminded me that I can get free shipping by ordering in store! Great store, great employees. Will be back!!”

“Good afternoon Google Family. This is my very first time visiting the regular Foot Locker, which is on the 3rd floor level in the Willow Grove Park Mall. I say that because they also have a Kids Foot Locker on the first floor of the mall. I patronized this mall in the past. It must be about thirty years since I have been here. Devon D. was the sales associate who assisted me today. Devon was so nice, courteous and helpful. He was there when I asked about ladies' sneakers. I was looking at the ladies' sneakers but I didn't see any that grabbed my attention. Devon suggested that I try the men's sneakers. I said Great idea. In my opinion, men's sneakers are better than ladies' sneakers and I have purchased men's sneakers before. I have always liked men's sneakers better than ladies' sneakers. So when I looked at the men's sneakers, I found a few that I liked. I was looking at the prices, all name brand and all of them were expensive. I did not want to spend more money than I had to. I knew whatever pair I decided would last a long time, since I am a workout person and I need workout shoes that are sturdy and comfortable. I decided on a pair. They were $109.99. Devon went in the back and retrieved them. Thank goodness they had my size, a 9.5. I tried them on and they fit wonderfully. I decided to purchase them. Destiny H. was the cashier and I signed up for rewards. I paid by debit card and it was approved. I received my receipt and my sneakers and I left. I told Devon D. that I would give him a good review on Google. He was very pleased about that. Have a good night Google Family, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!! I enjoyed my visit here. I really like the improvements that they have made in the Willow Grove Park Mall. I gave Devon my business card and he said he would follow me on my social media posts.”

“I loved this store, Today I went today with my daughter to buy clothes for the first time because in the past visits the clothes didn’t fit her perfectly and there was so much to choose from. There was everything from skirts, shirts, dresses, sleepwear, swimwear, sweaters everything a teen would love. The cashiers and employees were so kind and helpful, for example we didn’t know the size quide or a size that fit my daughter and the amazing employee helped us out and she even brought us options for my daughter to try on! Also the cashiers were so polite and patient! 5 out of 5 stars!! Definitely recommend this store for teens and young adults!! Am for sure going back!!”

This store can be a bit hit or miss — sometimes it’s super well-stocked, and other times not as much. But my last visit was a win! They had a lot of beautiful pieces in stock. The staff is somewhat friendly, not overly engaging but helpful when needed. Overall, a solid spot for trendy, affordable fashion.”

“Terri helped me while I was there to pick up a shirt for an engagement party. (I ended up with a shirt pants and a compression shirt) She was so kind and helpful, the store had a great selection she didn’t oversell the items in store which was great cause that can usually be very overwhelming . I ended up do the true fit scan and Terri explained how everything worked I can’t wait to come back and find more pieces for my closet!!”
