“Took my new rescue for a bath on the way home from a very muddy Wiss walk. The staff was so kind and helped me navigate the other dog there, as Molly and I hadn’t gotten to dog-reactivity training yet. We had so much fun there, and the staff provided everything we needed. “We’ve been here several times and really appreciate the self-bathing stations. Everything is always clean, well-stocked, and reasonably priced, which makes bath time for my two Golden Retrievers so much easier. I also love that they have fresh dog treats available, and the staff has always been friendly whenever we visit. Overall, it’s a great store for pet supplies and grooming needs. Definitely worth a visit!”
“Very helpful staff! Was looking to fill a small 5 gallon aquarium and they helped me pick a frog, rather than a fish as it was low maintenance and not interesting for my kids. Double checked everything they told me online and it was spot on.”

“I have been taking my 3 year old here since he’s been a puppy, he has never gotten groomed anywhere else cause they are the best! Always do what i ask! For the ones leaving reviews saying their dogs hair “was cut short and not how i asked” you probably don’t brush your curly dogs hair and there’s no other choice but to shave down due to matting which hurts the dog. Learn to take care of your animal before blaming the professionals!!!!!!!! Just took my dog today and he looks amazing! Y’all are the best!!”

“Even though Doggie Style in Bala Cynwd isn’t the closest to me, I go the extra miles to get my dog groomed by Felicia, who is the best. I don’t know how she manages to always do a perfect job with my very anxious dog, but she does. Here are before and after pictures.”
“Despite a mixed bag of reviews online, we've always had good experiences here. Our Alaskan Malamute Luka has been coming every 3 to 4 months since he was 4 months old. Now at 18 months, he is accustomed being bathed, de-shed/brushed, and having his nails done. We've had two primary bathers work with him, and they both have seemed patient and gentle. Luka is large (138 lbs), vocal, and does NOT like his feet touched so I know he isn't easy to manage in a bath and blowout. It is pricey, but honestly what isn't anymore? It isn't anything more than you'd pay anywhere else and I love that you can see into the grooming space - gives you peace of mind that everything is so visible.”
“Had a good experience at Petco. The store was clean, organized, and had a nice selection of pet food, toys, supplies, and other products. It was easy to look around and find what I needed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a convenient place to shop for pet supplies, and I would definitely visit again.”

“It was 5 minutes before close when I went in but did not realize this at the time. The guy at the counter was very helpful and helped me find everything I needed and surprise of all surprises he did not rush me out the door and I think it was almost 10 min after close when I got out of the store but you would never know that by the way the guy at the counter not only helped me but also rung me up. I was trying to rush and he told me to slow it down and not worry about it . Wow! How often does that happen!?!? NEVER! I highly recommend this petco!”
“My parakeet (yellow budgerigar) that I have purchased from this PetSmart location is thriving in his new home with his other white and blue budgie friend. I purchased him ~6 months ago now, and I could not ask for more. He is active, playful, curious, and noisy as well (but not enough to disturb the neighbors). The store I purchased him from is clean, caring, knowledgeable, and very intentional in their bird care (they even feed their birds fresh foods!). I have been able to purchase everything necessary for these two parakeets at a reasonable cost, with a great rewards system and occasional coupons. Their return policy is clear and easy, rather than confusing and difficult like some stores. If you are considering this store as your primary pet care and supply store, I would recommend it.”
“My dog Max went for a service . Khaliea was so patient and took her time with him. He is 11 months old and has high energy.she explained that he needed time for his cut it was detailed and had precision. I will be rebooking.”
