I recently added a line for my wife, which came with a fantastic promotion for her new phone. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances—my mom undergoing open-heart surgery and my time spent in the ICU and step-down unit with her for three weeks—I didn’t realize that a previous DocuSign issue had caused the entire process to be canceled without my knowledge. By the time I returned to address it, the added line was no longer considered “new,” and I was told the promotion was no longer available.

I don't normally write reviews but the worker who helped me, Leila, was beyond excellent.
