While I expected to get blown off like some places have done in the my past experience, instead, the Operations Manager, Chad, helped me directly and found exactly what I needed. He called multiple people from the warehouse in order to get exactly what I needed and in quick timing. My experience was great and their customer service was phenomenal, in my opinion.”

“Our contractor did a great job installing these windows but the windows seem a little cheap for the price we paid, some locks were were missing, broken, one window doesn't close/lock in certain temperatures, seems the noise comes through from barking dogs and crowing rooster outside more than expected, and on cold nights there's always condensation on some of them.Maybe that's all standard for this grade vinyl window and I'm being too picky?”

“I really liked this Lowe's location. I went to get some paint for my weekend project. I pushed the button at the paint counter and a very nice and knowledgeable person came to quickly make my two gallons. He was very helpful and I only had to wait a very short time (less than 3 minutes). The store was clean and parking and convenient. The only issue is finding some products that didn't fit into the signage for each aisle. I went Friday late afternoon. So maybe that was a non-peak shopping time.”
