“Service is ok. Never seem to have availability. Have to wait a day or two to get a vehicle.The detailer of your returned vehicle should do better cleaning. The last car I had from here had a dead animal (squirrels body part) jammed up in wheel well. Your new car smell spray didn't even cover up the death smell. This location really needs to look into expanding your fleet and services.”

“Everything was great EXCEPT for the gentleman Justin that answers calls and gives information, both times I called (once to get info and book and once prior to returning the truck) he left out a lot of pertinent information. He was very nice and pleasant tho. Enterprise worked with me but still it was very frustrating and stressful when I was asked for payment for the $300 security deposit. And can use only a major credit card, which I did not have b/c I do not take them if I do not need them. Otherwise was a fine trip.”
