Grocery Stores in Willow Street, PA

“I wanted to make sure a compliment gets passed along to the team that handles the online and app grocery orders.

I have several chronic health conditions that make it very difficult for me to physically go grocery shopping, so I rely heavily on online ordering. I cannot say enough good things about the team that handles my orders. They are efficient, they follow instructions, and most importantly, they communicate. If there is ever a question or an issue with my order, someone actually takes the time to call me and make sure everything is handled correctly.

If I realize I forgot something and submit an additional order, they make sure that order is canceled and that the items are included with my original order. That kind of attention to detail means a lot.

When you’re dealing with chronic illness, even something as ordinary as grocery shopping can become difficult and stressful. Knowing that I can place an order with Weis Willow Street and trust that it will be handled correctly is incredibly reassuring. It takes one worry off my plate, and I truly appreciate that.

I don’t know who specifically oversees the online-ordering team, but I would really appreciate it if management would make sure they know that their hard work, kindness, communication, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed.

People often submit a negative review when something goes wrong, but I wanted to make sure a positive review was shared when something is being done right. Please let the team know that they are appreciated. They make things easier for customers like me who genuinely depend on this service.

Thank you so much for what you do!”

“I like to go to Dollar general, good stuff and the prices are incredible, I couldn't find some ribbons, and Mel came to me and ask me what I needed, and she helped me to find what I was looking for, she is great!!! Thanks”

“Great and service oriented employees. I bought a ton of the 12 pack Weis seltzer cans - great buy and delicious. Good prices. My go-to supermarket when visiting PA. Thank you.”

“Janis is one of the most pleasant ladies you will ever come across. I enjoy talking with her when i stop in the mornings before work. Every customer that comes in seems to really like her and she knows a lot of people by name.”

“LOGAN came to my rescue while trying to get my card out of the ATM. The staffing shortage makes many employees struggling to get their minimal responsibilities completed & sometimes not all staff is in the friendliest of moods. But customer service like Logan's will keep me coming back! Thanks Logan, for taking an otherwise embarrassing situation into a memory maker !”
