“Came to CW to get my car serviced for a key stuck in the ignition and they were rapid with my repair. Great customer service and communication. Brought my car back to have them look at something from the initial repair with no additional cost and they found other things wrong with my car and took care of it right away. No waiting and no that’s not our problem. They took care of me like I was their only customer. Also fair pricing. Especially in this economy they do not gouge your pockets. Highly highly recommend. Family ran company where they make you feel like family.”

“I had never been to Jack Williams before. I was late for inspection, and they got me in the same day I called. They were very thorough and gave me suggestions on several things my car is due for due to its age. There was no pressure to book with them. The staff was very friendly and they had a great little place for my grandson to play while we waited. It did not take long, and was $30 less than I usually pay for inspection. Great place and great people. I would go there again.”

“Was initially concerned about how long it was taking to replace my serpentine belt but learned on check out that initially the wrong one was listed on the system they use for part identification...so they were waiting awhile for the correct belt to be delivered. Was relieved they figured this out and appreciated the explanation from Jonathan.”
