“Today, I observed employee Susan of Willow Street go the extra mile in helping an elderly customer who physically only had one hand. The other employee Susan who is temporarily helping at Willow Street was friendly and informative when helping me. I have always received great service at this post office which I visit 1or 2 times a week.”

“Kind and efficient shipping center. Shipping labels can be emailed and printed for customers saving time and money if you do not own your own printer. Easy street parking for a quick in-and-out visit. I've rarely had to wait. When I do, the lines are way shorter than other shipping centers.”

“Went in 2 Saturdays before Christmas trying to ship 3 packages internationally (which I had never done before). Lori was knowledgeable, super helpful and very pleasant! She answered all my questions with patience and kindness, and gave me guidelines on how to package everything and attach customs forms. “I really like this post office, it's small but mighty and the closest to my house. The staff are always pleasant and regardless of how long the line is they give you their undivided attention. They offer all the services the larger post office does and also sell cards, boxes, mailers, etc. On the negative....street parking is limited and usually full. The lobby is small and cluttered, and there's always a line. This location is hoppin' but the staff are always upbeat, even under pressure.”

“i don’t really leave reviews but i run a small business where i frequent this post office and drop off a large amount of packages (filling a big bin or more) weekly. the employees are always so kind and never make me feel bad (even though i do feel bad haha) and i’ve never had any issues with mail getting lost. just wanted to thank them because it’s appreciated <3”
