I was glad the store wasnt crowded and was helped with no wait time. I was showed a variety of phones and accessories. Will was very patient answering all of my questions. He seemed knowledgeable about many products. He helped me transfer info from my old phone to my new phone. He applied my screen protector and showed me some cool features on my new phone. “This visit was not the best nor the worst. Went to upgrade two phones. It seems like I was bothering the young worker from being on her phone when I came in. It was the look, rolling of eyes, and lack of enthusiasm for her job that just did not sit right with me. In any event, I simply went to a different store and was able to upgrade with no issues”

Got home and tried to migrate the phone to the account and hit the wall. Was on with a "live agent" or should I say agents ...& it was awful!! Came back to the store and Marcus got the job done!
