“Gentle Giant has always been a phenomenal moving company. I've used them for about 6 moves across PA and NYC. Each time has been fantastic. From estimate, to booking, to packing, and to moving the team does a great job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and friendly packing & moving service.”
“Lajuana is an exceptionally good customer service lady. She was such an attentive listener & helpful to me when I was getting my Storage Unit. I highly recommend Lajuana because she is patient & very helpful.”
“Stephanie was incredible and so remarkably helpful
I can’t be more grateful for how helpful and great the service is here
The units are clean and are amazing”
“Very affordable. Do not book online, at least don't press the PAY button - enter you info & then call to check for deals. I did it & got a month free & reduced price overall!”
“Extra Space storage in Media has been great to work with from beginning to end. Staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. It was a good experience for me.”
“I rented out a unit this past May and I’ll say it’s been a really decent experience. I store things for work here; but I also create content and edit videos in my spare time. Extra Space storage really gives you that Luxury Hotel Hospitality feeling and I Love it!!”
“I have been renting a storage unit from Extra Space Storage for over three months, and I have been thoroughly satisfied with their services. The premises are immaculate and well-maintained. I have never encountered any issues with retrieving my belongings as needed. If you are considering renting a storage unit, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. You will not be disappointed.”
“Very happy with Storage King USA's Newtown Sq location. Clean and secure. Got a unit a few months ago.
Super easy online setup, and Tony in the management office is great to work with and has always been available, helpful, and responsive. You can park and unload right at the climate controlled buildings doors, which was perfect because it rained for a couple of days that we were moving stuff in.”
“Professional service with practical facilities with smooth self-service access. Really appreciate the covered access to storage units that allows big moving truck to load and unload regardless of the weather. Our items have been stored for more than a year and no damage or mold has been discovered.”
“Worked with Vince and Cheri to get the space I needed for my items! Got a call in the morning confirming my apt, got in and it was quick and Easy.Thank you guys!”
“I was locked out of my storage and Brittany O. got it right open for me and helped me replace the lock. Brittany was so friendly and helpful I really appreciate it!”
“Very clean and spacious storage unit. The owner was always making the outside look very presentable. Liked how there was always someone there at the desk and that the codes protected the entrances. Stuff was climate controlled and the lights went on as you moved upon the floor. Would definitely use them again if I had to use them again. Great for short term rental while I moved residences.”
“I recently had the pleasure of using Storage Kings, and I must say the experience was exceptional. The facility is clean, well-organized, and secure, which made me feel confident about storing my belongings there. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding customer service provided by Raven. Raven was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with every detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Storage Kings, and if you get the chance to work with Raven, you’re in great hands.”
“Firpo-Hertiage did a phenomenal job moving oversized pieces of furniture (516lbs total) into the second floor of my home. The job was completed efficiently, professionally, and quickly. Any debris from the furniture packaging was cleaned up and promptly removed, leaving my home spotless. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area.”
“Love the customer at this location! Noel is super helpful and friendly every time. Love the experience and her helpfulness! Shoutout to Noel for her professionalism!”
“I’ve been coming here for about 3-4 years, and one employee named Tom is exceptional! He always goes above and beyond. He has even came from behind the desk, multiple times, just to help me park my boat and has helped me get it on my trailer. He is always accommodating and changing spaces has never been a problem.
He also told me about the senior discount, that I didn’t know about and no other employee has ever mentioned to me before. I highly recommend Life Storage.”
“Fantastic experience with Mini U Storage! The units are clean, the property is well maintained, and customer service is top-notch. Great value and peace of mind.”

“I’ve moved over 10 times and Suburban Solutions was by far the best company I’ve ever worked with. They made our move easy and seamless. Allen, Collin, and Ian were extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and a great group of guys. They were very considerate and took great care of our items throughout the move. Cost-wise, our move came in under the estimated cost, which was a nice surprise! Additionally, the communication with the office from beginning to end was supportive, courteous, and made our entire move very easy. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Suburban Solutions to anyone!”
“Donald and Kip were super helpful! I don't have a unit at this location but it is the closest one to my house so I go there often pay the bill on a unit in another area. They are always very friendly and gave me some good recommendations related to moving to a closer facility.”

“So Far So Great!!! This was the most less stressful Storage Business that I’ve dealt with in my life. Everything was set up for me and all I had to do was pull up and put my items inside. The lady was so kind I think her name was Amanda. She helped me understand the process and also guided me through this experience. She’s an angel!!! I highly recommend this storage place. I love how close and convenient it is and how cheap it is for such a great amount of space. Blessings to this Storage First establishment!!!”
