“My husband and I switched Mechanics after our regular guy retired. We were very lucky to find Motorcar Makeovers and have been taking our vehicles there consistently for a couple of years now. The service is excellent and the team is really helpful. I recently wanted to get my Very old Volkswagen cabrio fixed and was advised against it because it just wasn't worth the cost. Somewhere else might just let me throw a bunch of money at a bad investment. They've been helpful in giving me advice as I'm looking for a used car to replace it and if I do end up purchasing one I will be bringing it there for servicing. Definitely recommend.”

“Since I had a great experience leasing my Ford F-150 lightning at Ciocca, I recommended that my wife bring her Mach-E in for a recall and State Inspection. She agreed and was very happy with the same day service. The showroom and waiting room are comfortable and stocked with complimentary water, snacks, and coffee. The service advisor (Paul) was super helpful and friendly. The general manager (Mike) knew my name and greeted me when we arrived to drop off the car, followed with some friendly chit chat.”

“I needed to get my oil change and state inspection done, and I’m so glad I found this auto shop. The appointment process was seamless, I went online, picked a date and time, and that was it.
As soon as I walked in, the employees were very attentive. Someone greeted me right away and got me checked in with no issues at all. I was able to drop off my car, and normally when you do that, you expect to be waiting for hours. That definitely was not the case here.
I was really impressed with how quick the turnaround time was. They called me to go over my car details, explained my options, and let me know what repairs I may need moving forward. They are very customer-driven, and everything was clear and concise. I never felt confused or had to question anything because all the information I needed was already provided, which I really appreciated.
Once my car was ready, I received a text letting me know it was ready for pickup, and I was on my way. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free.

“Great gas station that I use often with cash pricing and nice convenience store. The grievances others mention are non issues or substantiated in my opinion. Their screen advertising at the pump could use updating as years out of date but preferably not utilized.”
