“Josh is the Man!
I own a rental that has an 80 year old woman living their that has health problems. The AC stopped working, I troubleshot that the 50/5 capacitor was defective. This Woman really needs the air conditioning. I called Josh at Johnstone Supply in Hatfield 4 minutes before closing at 4:56pm. All other HVAC supply stores were already closed at 4:30pm. Most customer service people would just not answer the phone so close to the closing time. Josh answered, I told him what I was dealing with & that I would really appreciate it if I could pay by credit card for the capacitor and pick it up outside the store because it would take another 1/2 hour to get there. I told Josh I would completely take responsibility for the capacitor if it got stolen. Josh not only said he would be glad to help me but would not accept payment for the capacitor considering the circumstances. I picked up the capacitor where Josh said he left it. I installed the capacitor in the rain where the rental is in Quakertown. AC is working Great!
Josh deserves this review. There should be more people in this world like Josh. Thank You Josh & Johnstone Supply in Hatfield!”

“Kris the manager went above and beyond helping me straighten out a hot water heater situation that was a bad purchase on my part. Really, Rheem should be ashamed of themselves for selling The Gladiator heater to begin with. Kris had everything ready to get credit back on my credit card and purchase another model when he very easily could have made me go through store credit route and and wait for the difference to eventually show back up on my credit card. “Friendly staff in the warehouse. My appointment was scheduled on my end for 0700, but the warehouse says receiving starts at 0730. I arrived at 0630. Not a good idea! There is a lot of box truck movement and they are not patient! If you pause for one second, you will be in someone’s way!
Luckily, I found a spot to pull in and park to wait. It’s where they load and unload flat bedders. But don’t count on that space being available.
Better to park on the off-ramp and wait until just before your delivery time if you want to make sure you’re not late. Traffic along the way when I came in at 0630 wasn’t too bad at all.
*Receiving says to park outside the gate and wait until your delivery time. Personally, I’d rather not be in the way at all around here.”

The counter / customer service area is very inviting with usually a few people ready to help. There is never any wait and there is coffee and snacks. “DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. They use RAS, which I'm almost sure their "big box" competitor does also. I've had more appliances damaged in delivery from RAS, then delivered without issue. “Idk about the buyers, but the warehouse is pretty chill. People are nice (for the most part). The only downside is no earbuds, and you can’t operate the forklift if you have a medical card. Other than that, I think the pay you get for the work you’re doing is not bad at all.”
