“Hands down, this Verizon store has the most capable and get-it-done guru’s I’ve seen. Technician Eddie in particular solved all problems and got me onto a better plan. I had a legacy Verizon plan that had a meltdown leaving my phone in SOS mode and my other devices on a trickle feed of data. Online tech support and other Verizon stores couldn’t help me. Eddie got the Verizon back office on the horn and fixed problems no-one else could solve. Thx.”

“Colin MacKenzie from the K of P store helped me immensely on Saturday, 4/18. He spent 45 minutes online helping correct an unauthorized purchase of a Motorola cellphone and service from February. A marketer added the purchase without ever speaking with me.
Colin discovered the serial number for the phone was also sent to two other Xfinity customers previously. He also verified that the phone was never checked into the warehouse when received back on March 9, 2026.Colin deserves an incredible amount of credit for his service to me and Xfinity as a company.

“Just went in today to add a new line ended up leaving with a new iphone and goodies. Verizon had a lot to offer me today but even better was the workers. Shoutout to James, Dionne, and Kurt they all helped out so much. They took their time with me, answered all my questions and worked as a team to figure out all my issues. I’ve never been one to call tech savvy but I left today with so much more knowledge about my phone and plans that Verizon offers.”

“This review is for two employees at the Souderton, PA location. Their names are Skye and Justin. What great representatives for your company! I had microwaved my iPhone (don’t ask, lol) And I needed a new phone without a trade-in. Went through the long process of using my backup for my new phone, since I couldn’t communicate with my old one. They stuck with me, helping me resolve any kind of issues that were coming up. Justin is very very knowledgeable and got everything up and running like I was on my old phone again. Skye was also very resourceful and involved. Thanks guys!”
“Representative was helpful but was unable to fix my issue. I tried using the phone a couple more days and switched it over to a different phone. The issue was I went from a S9 to a Motorola. I could send text messages but wouldn't receive along with wifi issues that wouldn't switch while driving, leaving me not knowing where to go. I switched back to a s25 fe and haven't had a problem since. So not a Representative issue but a phone system issue.”

“NetCarrier is an excellent partner to work with on all things voice and data services. We have used their voice services for 15+ years and have yet to be disappointed with any part. Knowledgeable account managers that respond personally to any request, no matter how small it is. On those rare occasions when we did have problems and called for support +90% of the time the person who answers the phone (and they always seems to answer) ends up resolving the issue. I don't think we've ever had a problem that lasted more than 24 hours.Highly recommend NetCarrier!”

“This is hands down the best Verizon store I have ever stepped into. Everyone that works there is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I made the switch from an android to an iPhone and my messages were not transferring. Angela, Nicole, Eric, and Thiago all worked hard and were committed to getting all of my messages and they did it! They also were able to look at our bill and offer ways to reduce our monthly payment. If you are looking for a Verizon store, this is the place to go. I told my neighbor about them who used a different carrier, and she went and came home a Verizon customer with a much cheaper monthly plan. I highly recommend them! Their staff is incredible!”
