“This pharmacy is fantastic. The healthcare system is quite difficult to navigate, yet they do a lot of the legwork for you and are always willing to assist! They discover the lowest method for receiving your medicines, deal with phoning your doctor for refills, and ensure you're taken care of in an emergency if they can't reach your doctor immediately. I'm typically anxious when I phone places and attempt to explain what's happening, but I'm never nervous when calling Whitman Pharmacy. They are really patient and always find a solution. They genuinely are a community asset.”

I transferred here recently after years with Walgreens and could no longer take the lack of communication between the pharmacist and me. Prior authorizations would never initiated, calls to my physicians when necessary were not fulfilled, and worst of all I never once was counseled on my medications (even my biologics!)!I experienced a 180 degree shift however when I made the transition to this pharmacy and Michael G. welcomed me into his pharmacy. You can't always count on what you want being in stock, but they try their best. It was Great before the pandemic. Then it got kind of shabby. Now it's getting better and they're hiring good people again.”

The David-shaped hole in our hearts is still there, but the personal extra-mile service pharmacy survives—(David’s legacy?)—it’s the place where everybody knows your name and goes out of their way to meet and exceed your needs.”

“While this market is further away from others that I have gone to for years, I believe it's worth a change. Everyone in the store is so friendly and accommodating. From the moment I walked through the door to when I left I encountered at least seven employees. Everyone smiled and spoke to me. Given the current state of customer service in most industries it is truly refreshing to see someone who knows how to treat their customers.Please do not change. I believe the reason so many people flock to Amazon for everything from food to clothes to tires is because of having to deal with employees who do not care about the customer.”
“This will be an easy write-up. Who is tired of going to CVS or Walgreens only to be told to come back in the afternoon or it will be an hour's wait? Better yet, you call to ck on your prescription and or talk to the pharmacist, and it takes you ten-plus minutes to get them on the phone, if ever. This happens all the time at the two big chain pharmacies. Head to County Line Pharmacy and see what being treated like someone special feels like. Not only will you be treated well at county line your prescriptions are almost always filled immediately. Make the change as we did over a decade ago and are still happy we did to this day.”

If I have a question, they are always nice about answering it and prescriptions are filled in a reasonable time frame, unlike my former pharmacy. I always liked shopping at Rite Aid while picking up my prescriptions and when they offered the 20% discount when you became a gold member it was big reason I shopped there. But since they discontinued the 20% and went back to the printed coupons, it’s not worth it to me anymore. Sadly, I transferred to CVS because it was closer with the same prices.”
“I recently visited Franklin Mills Sam's club , in which I needed help with a battery that was purchased about 9 months ago that I was having issues with and was under warranty. I was told no one can help me, and they did not have a battery tester. I was told to find another Sam's Club. So I traveled to another township. I had arrived at the Langhorne Sam's club and was immediately approached by a young man named Rob. I had explained my situation and he assured me he would check out my issues. And that's exactly what he did. He had found the issue and replaced the battery. He apologized for any inconvenience that this has caused. Then proceeded to apologize for the other Sam's club. He expressed that he was the manager there and if any other issues please feel free to come see him or his team. So I like to truly thank Rob, A message to Sam's Club .....This young man is a asset to your company!”

“We had registered our 91 year old Dad at several pharmacies, Saint Mary’s Hospital in Newtown and on the PA site for the Covid vaccine. Such an overwhelming and frustrating ordeal and worried that Dad would not get the vaccine til much later. It was this evening at 6:00 pm that we received the call from Hiran from VIP Pharmacy in Bristol - they had an extra shot and wanted to know if we could bring Dad down before 7:00 that evening. We want to truly thank Hiran for the call and being observant and caring of the registered candidates and their individual circumstances and making that call to us. There still are caring folks out there. We can now rest assured that Dad has at least gotten the first Covid shot. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. God bless and stay safe. ♥️”

“This review is specific to the Newtown PA CVS. I had to go there to fill a controlled substance that is very short supply at this time so rather than just showing up I called several pharmacies first to see who might have the inventory. I finally found it at Newtown CVS and was promptly informed by the pharmacist who I was speaking to on the phone that she will only fill it at her discretion, after she inspects the actual prescription that I presented to her and that if there was anything at all she didn't like or agree with in my medical history she would not be giving me the medicine that I had a valid prescription for. Needless to say I found her extremely arrogant, very impressed with herself and her all powerful position and she annoyed me so much that I continued to make calls to look for the medication elsewhere. I couldn't find it anywhere and had no choice but to go patronize a place that I didn't want anything to do with. I was very pleasantly surprised to get there and be fast tracked through the process because of the meds I needed and didn't run into the hag from my earlier phone call. The pharmacy was extremely efficient, well staffed which is never the case anymore and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and that's with at least 5 other people waiting for prescriptions too. I don't know who I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with on the phone when I called but she must have been at lunch or something when I got there. I'm so grateful I didn't have to encounter anyone like that because it would have been a fight until I got what I wanted or was removed from the store. They're pharmacist's not doctors. Just because they were a little white jacket that looks like a doctor doesn't give them the right to deny my valid prescription written by my doctor.”
