“Super convenient neighborhood spot! The staff is always friendly and greets you with a smile. They fill prescriptions really fast, even when it's busy, and the pharmacist is happy to answer questions without rushing you. They also do balloon filling and basic fax/copy stuff which is handy. Only reason not 5 stars is parking can be tricky on Myrtle, but that's more the area than the pharmacy itself. Definitely recommend for locals!”

“Altruix (Banks Apothecary) is & has been fantastic with my medication. I wish they did more than just specialty meds, because they’re so good. They call to set up everything, they’re excellent at following up. I have never had a single issue with them. I know exactly when my meds are coming & they get here fast. “I come here a lot. Never have any issues. Staff is more friendly than Weis. The cashiers are usually friendly. Even when I do store pickup they just don’t seem like they hate their jobs. When I go up county line to Weis I always feel like they don’t want people who look like me there. Not at Giant… Giant makes me feel warm inside 🤣. Also, they don’t charge 79 cents per bag like Grocery Outlet in Abington.”
“While shopping very nice employee named John (he had a beard) was over by the bakery. He approached my wife and I and said hello. Then he walked us over to the baked goods and told us which ones were made In store. I was sort of having a crappy day but the interaction I had with him was fantastic. He actually made me smile. Thanks John, for your friendly interaction and excellent customer service!!!”

“Honestly not my regular store, more of stop on the way home for a few things. Yesterday had to do self check-out, normally don't mind, but I came after Chemotherapy & brain was so jumbled, w/in 30 seconds I pressed the help button & employee Andrii appeared in 3. After same thing happened again, he happily came over a 3rd time & scanned the few items I had left. I didn't ask, but not at all mad; if he is even 1/2 as nice & helpful to other customers, they are lucky shoppers & if I return, will be happy to see him & hopefully more of the same service from all employees.”

I recently had all of my scripts transferred to the acme at street road and bustleton Ave. She made numerous phone calls to doctors and my stubborn old mail in pharmacy. She kept me informed during the entire ordeal. I will never return to cvs which I also used. They are too large and impersonal.”
“I’ve been having a hard time getting one of my prescriptions and so I know about 5 Star Pharmacy because they are a local business two minutes from my house. I called over there explaining my situation and Mike was more than helpful and very kind. I like sticking with the mom and pop pharmacies and will continue to stay with 5 Star! I was surprised at the amount of cool items they sold in there as well! They have a little bit for all ages!! When I saw some of the candy items for sale it brought me back to my childhood which I enjoyed and took a picture! Everyone that works there are kind and patient and they don’t make you feel rushed if you have questions. Thank you Mike & Jen and everyone else for taking care of me you are greatly appreciated!!”
