I always liked shopping at Rite Aid while picking up my prescriptions and when they offered the 20% discount when you became a gold member it was big reason I shopped there. But since they discontinued the 20% and went back to the printed coupons, it’s not worth it to me anymore. Sadly, I transferred to CVS because it was closer with the same prices.”

“I recently visited Franklin Mills Sam's club , in which I needed help with a battery that was purchased about 9 months ago that I was having issues with and was under warranty. I was told no one can help me, and they did not have a battery tester. I was told to find another Sam's Club. So I traveled to another township. I had arrived at the Langhorne Sam's club and was immediately approached by a young man named Rob. I had explained my situation and he assured me he would check out my issues. And that's exactly what he did. He had found the issue and replaced the battery. He apologized for any inconvenience that this has caused. Then proceeded to apologize for the other Sam's club. He expressed that he was the manager there and if any other issues please feel free to come see him or his team. So I like to truly thank Rob, A message to Sam's Club .....This young man is a asset to your company!”

“The on-line order and in store pick up was very nice. You get discount in certain merchandise online. Overall, the price was very reasonable, especially those Rite Aid branded stuff. Some non- Rite Aid branded merchandise are more expensive than Walmart. But since I only shop their own branded stuff, I am happy about the price. Also one gallon whole milk only cost 3.92 in the store, which has the same price as in Sams Club or Walmart.”
