“June, 2026...I have stored my items here at Extra Space Storage for a few years now. This facility is very spacious, well-lit and safe, so absolutely no issues when checking on my possessions!
Although we have not met in person as yet, I have been in conversations most-recently with Olivia, who is extremely helpful and quite pleasant. Most importantly, she has addressed my concerns to my utmost and complete satisfaction (Thank you so much, Olivia!).

And tell them they have been here for me and my family for almost 10 yrs. Karen made us feel like family and the new people that are brought on now are also amazing people to work with. If you communicate with them they will get back to you fast and quick. They do care for you even if you have trouble on making your payment on time. I use them for my daughter in college as well you can connect the accounts. Extra space makes everything easy with no extra hassle. I appreciate this company so come join the family whether its a short time or long time. Extra space has all sizes to accommodate your storage and you can upgrade or downgrade at anytime needed. “We recently rented a unit at this Public Storage location and had a wonderful experience thanks to Oxana. She reached out to us after we placed a hold on a unit we were interested in.
When we met her in person, she answered every question we had with patience, plenty of detail, and real examples. She made the whole process feel comfortable and transparent instead of rushed or transactional.
We have interacted with managers at other Public Storage locations before, and I can honestly say that Oxana stands out. She runs this location in a way that makes you feel heard and genuinely cared for, not just like another invisible customer in line. Because of her, we would absolutely consider moving our belongings from another location to this one in the future.

“After a disastrous experience at a different Public Storage location near Bucks County—where my belongings were effectively surrendered to a colony of mice and a permanent bad odor—I was incredibly hesitant to trust the company again.
Fortunately, this facility has completely redeemed the brand. It is surprisingly immaculate, exceptionally well-lit (no survival flashlights required), and entirely odor-free. I secured a 5x10 unit during the Memorial Day sale for an unbeatable $11, allowing me to comfortably prepay for a few months. My items are 100% safe.
Furthermore, the customer service has been stellar. As a former waitress of 20 years, I usually preach grace because you never know if the person assisting you is having the worst day of their life. Luckily, no curveballs here—every staff member has been helpful, prompt, and genuinely pleasant.
Five stars for cleanliness, price, and basic human decency. Highly recommend.”
