Also if you live in this port richmond area nearby the store they are a great stop because they have stuff that can fit through tiny doorways and stairways and products that are easily taken apart if you want something bigger that can fit past these tiny spaces. I bought a combo washer and dryer (I was only shopping for a dryer) and I am so excited. I went yesterday with my son, but had a gentleman who didn’t want to help me or answer questions. I’m so glad Neal was there today.”

“We had excellent experience with AAA. Julie Mensa was our consultant. She was thoroughly professional and extremely patient as she walked us through all the choices and prices. Ultimately, we selected Fabuwood cabinets for our kitchen. They arrived on time. There were a couple of issues once installation began (some of our own making) and Julie was able to resolve all of them in the timely fashion. In the end, we wound up with a beautiful kitchen and laid out exactly as I wanted it. I highly recommend, if you're planning on using AAA Distributors, to ask for Julie.”

“My dishwasher is old and leaks. I needed it diagnosed to see if it’s worth repair. Service was scheduled the very next day. After diagnosis and thoroughly showing me where the two problem areas were, I was provided quote for parts and labor which were fair price. However, I wanted the pricing of a new dishwasher, since I didn’t think the old machine may not be worth the investment in repair. It’s on its last leg.Appliance Pro (Glen) also worked with me to find new appliance and quote install pricing. Glen and Ricky came back the very next day to deliver and install new dishwasher and remove old one. Glen found me top of line dishwasher at incredibly below retail price ( I researched !) and efficiently and expertly installed. Very hard working, motivated and customer centric.I will use the company again and recommend to others !”

Update: lowered one star because Luis and Rey didn't point out that the drain pan is not connected to the pipe. They just put the washer on top of the loose plastic pan.”

“I've been an Aaron's customer for year's. Everything in my house was from Aaron's, I love all the employees and their manager are kind, cordial and they are very attentive to my every needs. I moved to Puerto Rico ?? and I'm still getting my service from them, though I've had some problems with my automated payments from time to time, they alway make sure to correct the problem. This is not something they can't help. If the computers are down you just have to have a bit of patience until the problem is corrected, when that happened I give them a call and make my payment over the phone. No big deal.. I know that no matter what I need they will always find the way to make me happy. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ? because they are my super heroes. ?”

“We went to buy a dryer and were helped by a very nice woman. She showed us all of the gas dryers, we chose one with delivery, and it'll be here tomorrow! Great service and great prices. I've shipped here before and I'll definitely go back when I buy my deep freezer. They have a 90 day warranty on which they'll come out and service or replace your appliance. Great store.”
