A cozy shop with consistently high endish stuff with cheaper options available. There are several other spots nearby for gifts if kitchen capers doesnt hit. A win either way.”

“We just recently purchased a Samsung gas stove and a Broan vent hood from Anthonys, and I couldn’t be happier. The owner, Anthony, was so helpful, informative, and answered all of our questions. We had delivery within two days, and the serviceman was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a one piece double oven, but he removed it and out of the house with minimal effort. Over the years we have found that Economy's staff is very knowledgeable about almost any commercial kitchen product you could want...furthermore, they stand by the brands they offer by providing sound advice and exceptional after market service. If you want a polite, pencil pushing salesperson who has limited, superficial knowledge about kitchen products and features, then maybe Economy isn't right for you. But if you want a professional company and knowledgable staff that stand by their products and customers, then Economy is the best choice around!”
“I was in dire need of fixing a gas furnace for my tenants over the weekend. Thermocouple got stripped so I had 2 fabricate something together. ERNESTO in the plumbing section gave me his full attention in addition to some great ideas I hadn't considered. If it wasnt for his service, I would not have gotten out of this pickle.”
“I was dreading getting a new phone because in the past the process has always been a nightmare. With pushy salespeople, issues with transferring phones, I kept putting off getting a new phone until I absolutely had to. My phone was acting up so I decided it was time to get a new one. I went to Best Buy on Columbus blvd Wednesday March 4 and could not be happier with the customer service and care I received. I feel bad because the two guys that helped me, I didn't get their names, but I hope the manager reading this knows who was working that shift. One of the guys was training, he was super friendly and personable. The other guy, his name may be Nathan, made the process so easy. He walked me through options on which phone made sense for me, was patient with questions I had, and helped me set up the phone. Everything was seamless. I would definitely go back to this Best Buy and recommend to anyone else. Thanks for the great service!”

“I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”

Very nice despite the very small selection store was busy as usual check out took a while but the sweet girl in the nursery was awesome. Wish the employees in the paint department were a little more helpful. Masks worn. I'd recommend.”

“I always purchase my appliances here. Had a dryer for over 9 years now. Still runs well, I had a refrigerator that gave out before, they repaired, it but it was still having other issues so I got another one. It’s excellent. I Just got my wash machine, I love it and it runs beautifully. Appliances are high today to buy brand new, so I continue to weigh my options and go with Reye’s Appliances.”
