I was finally able to get the real one for the orginal price and I can give it to her for Valentine’s Day now. The packaging it came in was so cute and it even came with some gummy nerd clusters. “Walking into Hello World Modern Mercantile was such a visual delight! I had first read about the store online where information found on the website suggested shopping in person would offer the fullest selection. So true! There is an immense array of gift items waiting to be discovered, so much so that I walked around the store several times. I did not want to overlook anything. However, I was incredibly impressed with how this location handled the situation. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Not only did they rectify the issue promptly, but someone from their team personally reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the resolution.
They went above and beyond to make things right, which truly shows how much they care about their customers. The replacement arrangement was beautifully done, fresh, and delicious. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that really counts, and they exceeded my expectations.
