“First of all, I have been coming here for years - everyone is super nice and I’m always immediately asked if I need help the moment I walk in the door. But today, I went in needing to replace a damaged hinge from a vintage piece of furniture that belonged to my grandmother, my mother, and now me. It’s sentimental and the piece I needed was very specific. One of the guys who worked there offered to try and fix the hinge with the vice in the back. It worked! No need to find a goofy modern replacement hinge. Thank you so much Stanley’s ❤ Also I love the store kitties!”

“Workmanship excellent but that old woman who runs the checkout is a nasty, angry person who poorly represents you. She doesn’t know what customer service means. Pathetic!”

“I recently visited this hardware store and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the tools and materials I needed. The aisles were clearly labeled, and products were neatly arranged, which made the shopping process smooth and efficient. The variety of products available was impressive. The store offered hand tools, power tools, plumbing supplies, electrical items, paint, fasteners, and general home improvement materials. I especially appreciated the wide selection and availability of both basic and professional-grade equipment. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout my visit. They quickly understood what I needed, guided me to the right products, and explained usage and compatibility clearly. Their technical knowledge and supportive attitude made the experience much easier. Another thing I appreciated was the organized and practical layout of the store. Everything was easy to locate, and the checkout process was fast and efficient. The overall environment felt customer friendly and well managed.”

“The new plexiglass window and rescreening of an old screen was done in in excellence, in record time (same day), and the cost was moderate. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable; they knew their stuff. I will be back again.”

“Extremely helpful! Always working on their stores, but kept giving that look at me trying to engage eye contact more like giving me the feel eager to help. Not to follow me like giving me the feel like no not help, but worried I'm gonna try to fit the whole store in my pockets and shirt I mean every single worker were working, but willing to stop everything they were doing and genuinely help their customers! Whoever that actually owns the business you with more than words know how to run a business and EVERY SINGLE TIME I come I have a complete great experience I come in. Hard 23 years experience in auto mechanic, but also 23 years experience and I'm sure some can remember back yeah the same me Jay! Last time today I asked if you have steel tubing and no we don't, but showed how I used to fix a rubber hose to get our beloved Tow truck home I used a deep 3/8s socket! LMAO it worked!!! When you think you saw it all... Hahahaaaa, but no 150% recommend you guys All!!!”

“Excellent experience with Riley Sales! A special thank you to Christina for providing truly outstanding customer service. She took the time to explain everything in detail, showed us the warehouse, helped us understand the best options for our specific situation, and made sure we selected the correct sizes for our project. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us make the right decision. It was a pleasure to work with her from start to finish. It’s very rare these days to meet someone who is both highly knowledgeable and truly cares about helping customers. Christina went above and beyond, and because of her, our experience with Riley Sales was exceptional. Highly recommended!”

“Worked with Christy and Mike, both exceptionally helpful. Had to apologize to Christie several times for changing our minds and bringing several pieces to check out. She took it all in stride, and even though what we ended up, with wasn't her style, she gave us advice on how to enhance what we picked out by using different grouts and colors. Mike, Christy thank you very muchfor a great experience..”

“Great little place. I went in for a key for my car, got a cut, chipped key for 80 bucks, when the dealership wanted over 150. When he couldn't get it programmed himself, he had a guy come out right away and that guy got it done in 5 mins. I only had one key, so the guy had to do a bypass with an ODB unit. Been going here for a long time and I will keep going back.”

“This place is EXCELLENT!! I was shopping for an out-of-stock 28ft Werner and Approved had it at a price that beat EVERYBODY. I wasn't looking forward to Torresdale Ave, but it was worth the hour drive into Philly. They have a big overhead to pull in and a large loading zone on the street....so zero issues going there and picking up....easier than buying anything at HD!! Any future ladder anything I'm going straight there. And the owner is super nice and helpful. I only do reviews for people that really deserve it!!”

“I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Rob, the owner, was incredibly prompt in responding to my inquiry and was very punctual when it came time for the job. Unlike other companies that never showed up or followed up, Rob was reliable from the start. He offered me two options for the work that needed to be done, and I was assured that both would be safe and reliable. Rob's expertise was clear, and he took the time to explain everything in detail. Rob completed the job quickly and efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy. I am extremely happy with the results and would 100% recommend Able Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thanks, Rob, for your excellent work!”
