It would be great to be able to go into a cell phone store to get service and not just sales. It would be really convenient if there were people there who could do things that are relatively minor such as cleaning the phone or at least addressing a problem that seemed to only take about five minutes to resolve which is what happened when I had to travel all the way up to Plymouth Meeting just for someone to spend 5 minutes with my phone.”
