“I like this place,it got plenty of parking .two people at the counter who get you in and out .they keep the line moving.only sometime I believe you can't use cash .the office also help you to connect to the online site for passports. You could talk to someone while you are in line the clients are usually nice and not have a adertude .”

“This place has everything a regular PO has, and more. lots of priority mail boxes, different sizes, if you need one. I've never experienced a line here and the guys here are always pleasant, smiling, and doing a good job. They're never shut down for no apparent reason like the PO in my zip code and I never feel aggravated (Philly post offices can be horrible!) it's a relief to find a good PO, I appreciate it soooo much.”

“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”
“I was in need of bulk mail stamps as Doylestown was out so I stopped here. Tia was at the counter as well as another postal employee and Tua was so friendly and welcoming! Although they don't carry bulk mail stamps, she had called Upper Southampton post office for me and she was able to get someone on the phone who was able to give us an answer. Not all usps employees are like Tia, she took time out to get an answer for me and I truly appreciated that! Tia and Holly from the Jamison post office should be in charge of training other counter usps employees on proper customer service etiquette!”

“Loveliest lady in any post office I’ve ever been to. Usually, going to USPS is needlessly stressful. The atmosphere is so heavy and tense. Not this location! The woman working here (who has always been the only person working every time I’ve gone) is such a joy. Although this location is often shut down for Internet outages and other inconveniences, the customer service will make your day! She really goes the extra mile. Give her a raise!!!”

“OMG!!!!! This United States Post Office in Palmyra, NJ was sooooo on point!!!!! YES!!!! It was a bit busy but, Spencer, was handling and doing things to keep the customers moving!!! NOPE, don't know him but do LOVE the U.S. Postal service that we were provided today!!!!! YES!!!! Give Spencer, probably a long over due raise! It's clean inside, lots of information as soon as you walk in the door but I would recommend leave the inside closed door to the postal cashiers open for even air flow (just my opinion). I was in and out within minutes because while Spencer was working customer issues he acknowledged that I and others customers were waiting, called us over to keep us moving while he was multitasking to resolve another customer's issue. AWESOME JOB "Spencer" on a Saturday morning!!!Thank you Palmyra, NJ United States Post Office on a JOB and CUSTOMER service well done!!!!!YES!!!!! I do recommend this post office to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!!!!!”
“I was really impressed. I think I understand why this post office has about 3.5 starts while most of the others in the area seem to level out at 2. The ladies who worked there were so pleasant and friendly; they were easy going and seemed to know most of the customers who came in. I got there with less than 10 minutes before they closed and I was expecting the rough kind of customer service that’s usually given to last-minute patrons, but the woman who was helping me treated me with courtesy and patience! I was especially grateful because I’ve never shipped out a package before and she wasn’t condescending when explaining what I needed to do and while answering my questions. This is what real customer service is!”

“What a wonderful post office! Bigger inside than it looks, very pleasant PO employees, quiet, never a (long) wait. Parking lot can get a little busy as there are only about 10 spots, but the supermarket next door has a bigger parking lot if needed.
Another world from some of the busier/less organized branches (20th & Chestnut, I’m looking at you) I used to have no other choice for post office services.”

“The post office where I frequent is open from 8:30 am - 5:00pm Monday- Friday and Saturdays 8:30am- 12:30pm. So I already know what to expect upon my visit. It's usually no long line because their busiest hours are usually between 9:00am-11:00am and 12:00pm-3:30pm. Saturdays is best to go early in the morning.”

The supervisor Linda went above and beyond to write up a letter and provide documentation for a tracking number to help me with my issue. I was really impressed and grateful especially considering how busy they already were.”
“I don’t understand why people give this location so much flack. Yeah it’s not the fastest service but they actually care and give a damn. I didn’t know what I was doing and the lady nicely explained what I needed to do. She even made sure to make the customs form clear so I won’t have any troubles. The advice I can share to improve everyone's experience is about the location. On Google Maps, the address is 1500 John F Kennedy Blvd c31, Philadelphia, PA 19102, but in reality, the office is located in the subway. The best entrance to find it quickly is at the City Hall subway entrance on the corner of John F and 15th St. (Go down the stairs, take the first left, and then the first right). I hope this helps.”
