“I was very excited when I saw the building going up as an American Heritage. I’ve been a longstanding member with this bank so I knew quality banking was on the horizon for the Abington area. Yes early on some things needed tweaking such as finding the right crew to positively carry out American Heritages values. Great employees now and days are very hard to come by. I know first hand American Heritage’s values, with that said I applaud them for training, redirecting and finding good people to hire who believe in staying true to the brand. I’ve been into this branch and over the years many of the other branches all over PA. I’ve have gotten nothing less than what’s come to be expected and that’s A-1 banking and quality interactions with the staff. Great Job with a little over year in. Building an excellent team takes time!”

“Everyone that has been at the Justa Farm branch has been more than wonderful. I've been banking with HVB since 1998 (25 years) and have been served with 5 stars. They helped me purchase my dental office and gave me an outstanding loan. They helped me when my children were born, including watching them while I did my banking. They were there for me during COVID. I received my PPP loan through HVB well before any other bank. HVB also, recently, helped me sell my dental practice. “Long time Capital One Customer, First time in a Capital One Cafe. I stumbled upon this location while walking around Center City in Philly. Everyone is welcome wether you bank with capital one or not. But for the Capital One card holder's, it's 50% off any handcrafted beverages. The cafe has two floors -- First floor has a huge space to hang out, chill and recharge. The second Floor has a more quiet vibe perfect for reading, studying, or doing some computer work. They serve handcrafted coffee and Teas from Verve Coffee Roasters. I ordered the Honey Lavander Latte, and it was perfect! They have a few small bites in the menu including pastries, fresh fruit, and parfaits. I gotta say there Customer service here is superb. Everyone is so welcoming, everybody that walks in is greeted with a smile.”

“No complaints. My local branch prints ATM cards. My card number was compromised,and the mobile banking system put a hold on my card.It would have taken 3-5 business days to receive a new one. Luckily, my bank printed one out in about 10 mins. 3-5 business days is a long time during the Christmas season.”

“I had to run to the bank downtown on my lunch break today. I was so stressed. I needed a new ATM card. I had no way to pay the parking meter. While waiting I kept walking to the window to look at my car. The representative Isaiah told me to go sit in the car and when my card is ready he would bring it to me. He came out in about 3 minutes. I have worked as a RN for over 20 years and I have tried to be super good to people. In this city you never really expect kindness but it is always a welcome surprise. Thank You Isaiah!”
