I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and endurance. I see a noticeable difference in my arms, quads, and hamstrings. But even after these many months of taking class, it is still challenging. I appreciate that the classes are never the same (aside from the general format) and therefore never boring. My favorite classes are Empower and Reform. Liz was so welcoming from day #1 when I talked to her on the phone to learn more about Pure Barre and the Chestnut Hill studio. The instructors are all so genuinely kind and helpful, and their energy is contagious. I love that feedback and corrections are provided during class.
