The owners are just wonderful, courteous and helpful and have been involved and committed to the community since opening. I picked out the sea glass bar soap, moon flower sugar scrub, and buttercream moisture cream — all of which smelled amazing and felt thoughtfully crafted. “Walking into Hello World Modern Mercantile was such a visual delight! I had first read about the store online where information found on the website suggested shopping in person would offer the fullest selection. So true! There is an immense array of gift items waiting to be discovered, so much so that I walked around the store several times. I did not want to overlook anything. I recently placed an order with Edible Arrangements and, unfortunately, the initial delivery didn’t meet my expectations. However, I was incredibly impressed with how this location handled the situation. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Not only did they rectify the issue promptly, but someone from their team personally reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the resolution.
They went above and beyond to make things right, which truly shows how much they care about their customers. The replacement arrangement was beautifully done, fresh, and delicious. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that really counts, and they exceeded my expectations.
