“Everything what it needs to be. Julie, Shareeka the others always polite knowledgeable professional. Lobby open 24 hours is nice since most if not all other post offices in the area are not. 1 problem, a homeless man is sleeping there overnight more and more. Eating there and charging his cell phone overnight. Sleeping on piles/stacks of cardboard mailboxes. I hear from post office staff that others have noticed it too. One staff employee told me that he locked himself in at least 1 night. I don't go in when he's there. Already had one nightmare experience with a homeless person. (Sorry, but sometimes there's no polite way to say it, and I don't sugarcoat!). I hope this post office won't have to be locked overnight and on Sundays.”

“After being kicked out of several USPS locations due to me wanting to mail 300 packages, I came across this office. The staff was very friendly and was able to provide the service that a post office should be able to provide.”

“I would like to take the time to thank the Acting Postmaster, Joel, for being kind enough to track my package which went all over Delaware County. Thank you so much.”

“I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)”

“On Wednesday I went to get my passport. All of the Reps were very knowledgeable about the process. All the service rep. were very kind. I even got my photo taken because the one from Staples did not fit. I am lucky that I went to this post office.”

“This is the only post office in the city worth going to. Every time I've gone they're nice, efficient and they have things in stock. All the other post office locations I've been to in the city are nightmares. The best option really is to drive across the bridge to a post office in New Jersey. But if you have to go to one in Philly, this is the one.I see in the comments people saying it's not always open when it's supposed to be. So I guess maybe it's hit or miss but I haven't had a miss.”

“Very clean! Very quick! They have 2 clerk's working & let 5 people at a time in this does not count for people taping up a box or etc. at a countertop. Social distancing rules are being in good use, because of COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Pandemic. Excellent work here! Line moves very fast. Air is comfortable. Not stuff or hot inside & the use sneeze guards to protect themselves (& others). The line starts anywheres on the ramp, but being that they are so very quick with their services it won't take long the line moves shorter. Once one person leaves from the line, another person may pass in. They have a lovely selection of Hallmark cards to choose from. Please vote for the postal services. They deserve $13 a hr. they do a lot of leg work besides using those trucks to get to route & the next location. I had family that worked in Chinatown in Philadelphia so I should know & parking is much more difficulty to find which means a lot, lot more leg work. Carrying those bags up & down steps esp. areas who have their property built to protect their holmes from flooding & their prize possessions not ruined. ;)”

“The attendance here are extremely professional courteous and they work extremely efficiently and could not have a better local post office always a quick experience the postal employees are very knowledgeable sometimes the lines a little too long the hours should be a little longer especially on Saturday maybe difficult for some to find who are local to Essington”

“This is a great post office. The staff is always cordial and very helpful. There’s seldom to never a line. While you can’t do things like passport photos here I believe you can do anything else a regular post office can do.”

“Antonio at the Holmes Post Office is a wonderful Post Office representative, and he was extremely helpful to me today when I found all the mailboxes in my area of Delaware County to be bizarrely locked to open only about a quarter inch. I called the Holmes Post Office and Antonio was able to help me while still keeping strict Covid safety protocols in place. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service at the Holmes Post office. For the USPS to lock mailboxes to only open a tiny amount, forcing a much larger number of people indoors during a pandemic, is both irresponsible and unnecessary. I had four thin packages about an inch in thickness, in medium-size mylar envelopes. There is no reason in the world why I should have to go indoors to mail these during this time when a highly deadly pandemic is ravaging our nation. These envelopes would have easily fit into a normal outdoor mailbox, the type which has been opening enough to allow both letters and thin packages to be mailed for at least the last 50 years. Now, why, during this time when everyone should do everything possible OUTSIDE, would the USPS decide to force people INSIDE for no reason? Thanks to Antonio for accommodating me and doing things SAFELY. He deserves a promotion! Excellent customer service at the Holmes location, highly recommended.”

“This particular post office takes me back to a simpler time. It’s a very small old fashion post office. It closes for lunch between 12:30pm-1pm. It’s basically run my one person who is very knowledgeable and friendly. The post office boxes are the old fashion style with a small glass window and a combination dial. The parking is decent and it’s never busy. I would highly recommend this location.”

“Haven't been here or any post office in a while. The cashier was so nice, I had the wrong shipping box and he gave me the right one and was so pleasant. I wish I would have gotten his name. The location was busy but the lines moved fast. The location was clean and neat as well.”

“Firstly, it's a bit hard to find in the sea of other businesses in the complex. On the plus side the clerk was helpful in finding me a better shipping rate probably once they saw the look of shock that I had over the rate of mailing something small.”

“The woman who works here is always super friendly. She accommodated me despite the store being closed too. It makes a difference when your staff is nice, especially during the holidays. Thank you!!”

“I recently visited USPS Bywood Ave to send an important document and purchase money orders. I’m pleased to share that my experience was excellent. The entire process was smooth, and I encountered no issues, contrary to some reviews. The staff was efficient, making it a hassle-free visit. If you’re looking for reliable service, I recommend USPS Bywood Ave.”

“Conveniently located on the main street of Conshohocken, the Post Office has plenty of street parking. Inside, you'll find an old fashioned building that was prevalent at the time that it was built. Very nice lobby that allows for a quick moving waiting line. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience overall as always. I do all of my posting here.”

“This post office seems to always be busy. It is efficiently run and kept clean, although the very nice lady behind the counter is rather slow and methodical. Allow at least 20 minutes to transact business at the counter.”

“Excellent customer service. 0 wait time. John was very thorough and helpful with my passport application. I was done in less than 10 minutes--I even had to have my ID photo taken! That post office itself was nice, too; very clean and quaint. 10/10 would recommend going out of your way to get your passport application sorted here.”

“My experience at this post office is always good. It is crowded a lot due to the fact that it is the only Post Office in the city. But overall it is a good place of service.”

“I love my local post office. Could not ask for nicer people. I rarely know what I need when shipping, and they’re more than willing to help always. Everyone is pleasant, n extremely welcoming. My mailman leaves us a Christmas card, brings milk bones for my dog, and fixes the locks gate if he notices someone left it open. No businesses do these things anymore. I appreciate these small gestures.”

“I needed a PO Box and was put off by the reviews BUT my experience was great. Jenipher was kind and helpful. I liked the small town / personal feel inside the post office. My only complaint is that I have such short hours to access my box. With my schedule, I can't get there before it closes and it's not open on Sunday.”

“So nice and friendly. They were able to process my wedding invitations via hand cancelling and I am so pleased. I went to another post office (in Chestnut Hill---stay away...) and they were far less willing to help me navigate the sending of invitations. I will be back!”
