“What a joy-filled experience, coming to this store to see about a Hoover vacuum cleaner repair, and staying to learn all about the Maurice Berger “Maison Berger Paris” line of diffusers which actually neutralizes bad odors, doesn’t just mask them like air fresheners or candle scents do. I got a whole lesson on how to fill the bottle, how to set it in motion, all the safety tips and best uses by a pleasant salesperson! The store is amazing, with all little carpet runways to test out the various vacuum cleaners ( and a super line of ceiling fans) to fit most any budget. All quality vendors I was told and I believed it!”

“We received a damaged piece of furniture from Home Depot.com. We went to the Wyomissing store and were greeted by Wanda at the customer service desk. Wanda was extremely helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to advocate on our behalf with Home Depot.com to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Wanda for your help and service!”

“I ordered a Samsung tablet on the website for 50$ cheaper than amazon and since I love close I decided to just pick it up in store. Upon arrival I asked one of the associates at the front of the store where do I got to pick up and item purchased online. I was then directed to the checkouts in the front of the store. There I was greeted asked for my info and my tablet was brought to me. The associate behind the register was polite and courteous. After picking up the tablet I went over to find a case for it. I was greeted by Dom and he showed be the available cases. I purchased one but decided I am going to take it back because its too big and bulky. Also expensive at 31$. I will get a cheaper one on amazon for 25. I was browsing the PC's and monitors when I was greeted by Robin. She was very kind and we talked about prices and how good the monitors looked. It was a very good experience and I will be returning if I need a tech purchase in the future.”
