“Great store close to home. If I can't find it here I go right next door to Weis and get it. Today, my mom was looking for ant traps. A employee looked through her stock cart for some. Unfortunately, there were none. But she deserves a shout out for great customer service! Rock on rocker girl! ??Super friendly store personnel and you find some great deals too. I took a star because the automatic checkout only works with new crisp bills. ?”

“I stopped in today looking for 4 bowls in a certain style which I had just purchased at the Dollar Tree on Loucks Road. They only had 2 in stock but I needed 6 in total. A manager in that aisle asked me if I needed help looking for something and I asked if they had any of the bowls in the back. She happily checked and brought out several boxes. What great customer service!”
“I go to the Dollar General because it is closer to my house than Walmart. The prices are a little bit higher than Walmart, but the convenience makes it well worth it. The cashiers are very friendly and efficient. And the selection and variety of products is more then satisfactory.. I would highly recommend Dollar General. And I will continue to shop here.”

Anthony was great he actually spoke and engaged in slight conversation which in customer service is great. Sometimes all it takes is a small word to get you through the day. “They had a lot of items on sale. Ever Saturday, they offer you a $5.00 off $25.00. And you can find things for the home, office, cars, and clothes. Just a good place to shop for different items. You can find everything under one store.”
“I travel within four states for work. This store is the most cleanest and most organized I have seen in three years with my current company. The staff was extremely friendly.”
“The store does not open most days until 12 noon. The few employees that they have do everything they can to make the store better. The customers pick things up and just put them on random shelves so it's understandable that things are a little messy with only 3 employees there to clean up after hundreds of people.”
“The employees are friendly, and helpful. It is an older interior store and they manage to keep in pretty good order. It could use a total interior remodel. Prices are good with select items.”

“The one cashier was very rude to my wife when she was trying to confirm that a coupon had been applied. The cashier told her you already saved a lot, basically trying to get her to avoid asking anymore about the additional coupon. My wife checked out and went to get car to review the receipt. The coupon had not been applied. She returned the items. The cashier again tried to keep the product at the price. The manager ended up returning the item for my wife, and was very nice. The manager on duty was great, the cashier not so much.”
“I've made multiple deliveries here. The stafd is always courteous and easy to work with.Easy to back into BUT when coming here, approach the store from Queen St. You want your tractor facing Duke St to back into the dock.”

“Store is always busy, but they manage to keep products on the shelves. Staff can be few and far between, but most seem knowledgeable enough to at least search for an item if you need help.

“So I don’t live that close to this dollar general, but if I have to come to dollar general I will absolutely always come to this one. That’s for one reason, and her name is Kalie! She is the definition of amazing customer service! This girl has the brightest smile and she is so kind well spoken and always in an amazing mood! The first interaction I had with her I came into the store two minutes before close and didn’t realize it and working in customer service I know what an annoyance that is. I apologized to her and with the biggest smile on her face she said “ if I’m not happy to help customers I’m not doing my job and shouldn’t be working in customer service” I was absolutely blown away by this. The second interaction I had in this store was when a customer didn’t have enough money to pay for their items Kalie without question got her OWN money out and paid it and did this discreetly she didn’t do it for recognition of any kind. She is an absolute angel and dollar general is beyond lucky to have her working for them! Keep being amazing Kalie you will go so far in life!”
