“I’ve recently converted from a different provider to T-Mobile by purchasing an iPad Air 13. Everyone in this store has been nothing but a 10 out of 5!!! Every single question of mine has been answered expertly and with respect. Everyone has gone above and beyond the limits of assistance helping me with every single issue. I totally enjoy being in this store!”

“Leaving a 5 star review because Yousef was very helpful and was on my side. Yousef provided excellent service and is a great customer service representative, even though the folks on the phone for Verizon customer service couldn’t fix the problem.”

“Actual helpful humans answer the phone, even when you're in Wally World staring at a cabinet full of routers, without a clue about which one to buy. They got me to the right one. They also efficiently installed all the gear I needed to go from DSL to the wireless system that is at least ten times faster. I consider this kind of customer service VIP; real people, real solutions to your conundrum.”

“Jessy was wonderful! We are a retired couple who have always used Androids and were hesitant about iPhones. Jessy took us through all the set up and taught us how to use the two new iPhones we left with! He also helped us save money through a great deal and we left T-Mobile for Verizon”
