“Great Lowes to stop st and one of our first stops whenever we need tools or anything with home improvement. Prices seem on par with the other home improvement centers in the area and their selection is vast. I think the majority of the employees seem to know what they are doing and are more than accommodating to answer some questions that you have.”

“Had a great experience at the paint department on 06-24-2026. I bought a quart of Behr paint for my front door earlier that day and the color was a bit too bright, my bad. I took it back hoping to have it darkened and chose a color from the same color”family”. I explained to Ben who was behind the counter what I wanted and he said “give me 5 minutes.” When I came back and there was a new can of my chosen color. I asked if I could have the old paint also, assuming I would be buying the new can. He said no, it’s an even exchange. That made my weekend! He was friendly, helpful and understanding. Well done!”

“Visiting helping my mother, I went in looking for some flooring as well as a water heater. A young man named Cam asked if he could help me, and proceeded to amicably assist me with my issues with flooring and then in plumbing as well. It's rare to find someone knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He did. Awesome kid, he should be on the management track, hope he does well.”

“Harbor Freight is a 5 star tool store.
You can come here and find practically any tool, for any job, no matter how obscure. However, you're not going to find the brand names you're going to find at big toolbox stores. A lot of people initially are taken aback when they can't find a brand name they recognize. But take a look at the prices and understand that you didn't have to pay for the branding and logo and social media podcasts, so now you can actually get an impact driver when you were coming for a screw gun.
They deserve 5 stars, but people who can't get past wanting a black and yellow tool on the site won't allow for 5 stars.”
