“The gentleman that took care of me his name was Terry was very specific about what he was looking for from me. He was very patient in first introducing himself and second, listening to me in all my concerns and past injuries that would affect the shoe fitting. To start the process he asked me to step on a board for about 2 to 3 minutes that will show my foot stretcher specifically how my foot would be when I hit the ground. He also measured both feet and found that my right foot was one half inch shorter than my left foot. That was from the varicose veins that was not allowing circulation to come to my foot Then Terry asked me to walk up and down two types of walkways in the store. The first one was an asphalt type track that you have at any major track meet. The second one was a hardwood floor. He was looking for a specifically any deviations of my foot when I walked or ran. He also had me try on three different pairs of shoes at least. We found that the Asics gel kayano was the best for me! At checkout I found that the price was discounted since it was the last type of shoe of that lot. The price went down for $154 to $100 even! Boy I was very surprised in that! The entire process took 40 minutes to complete from the time I walked in to the time I walked out of the store! Well worth the drive from Gettysburg Pennsylvania to York Pennsylvania!!”

“The two ladies that work in there are super helpful every time I go in... always get me what I need if they do not have it they order it and I get it promptly. Or at least a phone call unlike other places once it arrives in store. I will go there everytime I need my special flip flops or shoes that do not hurt my feet. Also any insoles that my doctor has prescribed me. Would definitely shop there before I would do my shopping at Amazon. Just for the friendly faces. They do good work”

“Amazing! Amanda C. is the best! As the mother of a toddler I can't remember the last time I went to the store to shop for myself. However, with an upcoming trip home to see family/friends I hadn't seen for a while I decided to give it a try. I was fully prepared to walk out of there, and half expected that I would need to, since my 2 year old tends to get wiggly in stores. Which of course she did. No surprise. She got extremely wiggly which made it incredibly stressful for me. Luckily, Amanda C. stepped in and was beyond helpful. She helped me find items quickly and even used my phone to check if items were better to buy in store or for pick up in store. Without her I would have left with nothing. Which, as my fellow moms of toddlers know, is usually the case....it's always all about the baby. But not this time!!! I ended up buying several items which gave me so much confidence going home to family and friends. So I guess this post is more about Amanda C. because I've always loved loft clothes. I just hadn't bought any since before my baby, until now. So again my thanks! I'll definitely be back!!!”

“Great selection, decent prices. They vary from cheap to expensive. I got one pair of Cody James. Hated them, the plastic boot strap loops broke after a month. But they let me get another pair of whatever at same price or less. Got a different style of Cody James. The traditional western style. Love them, been wearing them for more than 6 months and they treat my feet really well. I'm picky with my boots so I'm happy. Will definitely go back for more. The picture is of the boots I got but they're worn in. Just conditioned. Still hold up and I do best them up. I'm a Mason by trade. They're still as comfortable as the day I got them. I only had to get used to the metal shank that is in that kind of traditional style. I don't think I can go back to a different boot.”
