“I had the best experience this evening at super shoes in East York both Alyssa the assistant manager and Kenny were super helpful. Alyssa took the time to help me find the best sneakers and also measured my foot to make sure I was looking for the right fit. They both took the time to look for a specific sneaker that I liked to see if it was in stock. They did not have the sneakers but Alyssa was able to get them ordered for me so that they will be sent right to my house. Overall the best experience they were so nice and thoughtful and I will for sure be going back when I need more shoes.”
“Okay I would just like to start by saying I am obsessed with this place. I am quite literally in here every single day. (Probably twice a week) The selection is great and constantly changes. Maybe not boot wise as much. They will always have a great selection of leathers, skins, seudes, etc. Everything is what I would consider reasonably priced for the quality and craftsmanship of the clothing and specific brands that are sold here. Along with the great selection that cycles the staff is always welcoming and makes sure they can help. I had bought I pair of python boots and called in and talked to Sophie or Sophia this morning and she was darling and so understanding. I explained that a Cody James 13 runs a bit big considering I wear 13 in Justin, ariat, etc. She went on to explain that I would be able to come in and exchange it for a smaller size, I can get my money back in cash, on my card, exchange for other items up to the value or pay the difference or do half cash half credit whatever. She covered everything. She was there when I went later in the day also. Greeted me at the door with a smile. Corey helped me out when I went in for the return. As per usual very patient during the whole experience. They got the smaller size for me and I was a little difficult and got different items for the value of the boots. Did not matter to them at all. Everyone is always so happy to help! Thank you again everyone. This is an awesome store and I highly recommend it for all of your western wear.”

“There's a parking lot in the back for easy access to the store. The selection inside is well curated, the quality is fantastic, and the prices are reasonable considering the time it takes to make some.of the designs. All of the staff are chill and down to earth.”
“This is about the only place in this Mall that's worth going too. Every time I go in there I leave with at least three pairs of shoes, verses going to one store and buying one pair. Good selections. Staff is extremely friendly sometimes but that can be ignored while looking at all the displays of shoes, sometimes. The one cashier there is very annoying that is probably the worst part of going to the store. She sits there and double-checks everything, Angus goes off about whatever.”

“Amazing! Amanda C. is the best! As the mother of a toddler I can't remember the last time I went to the store to shop for myself. However, with an upcoming trip home to see family/friends I hadn't seen for a while I decided to give it a try. I was fully prepared to walk out of there, and half expected that I would need to, since my 2 year old tends to get wiggly in stores. Which of course she did. No surprise. She got extremely wiggly which made it incredibly stressful for me. Luckily, Amanda C. stepped in and was beyond helpful. She helped me find items quickly and even used my phone to check if items were better to buy in store or for pick up in store. Without her I would have left with nothing. Which, as my fellow moms of toddlers know, is usually the case....it's always all about the baby. But not this time!!! I ended up buying several items which gave me so much confidence going home to family and friends. So I guess this post is more about Amanda C. because I've always loved loft clothes. I just hadn't bought any since before my baby, until now. So again my thanks! I'll definitely be back!!!”

“Visited Shoefly a couple weeks ago for help with shoes to work with a foot injury. Had Mary and she is fantastic - she makes sure the your final pick is the best. I needed a special pair for a part time job where I had to stand 9 hours and I made it! The shoes she picked will be able to worn for many occasions and I grabbed a pair of sandals while I was there. Don’t think your days of style are over when you suffer with foot/walking trouble Mary will see that it is the best fit she evens helps with socks to go with the shoes which help even more! Be sure and ask for Mary if she isn’t there get her hours for the next week and go back!!!!”
