Shout out to Bree CSM, she broke down my bill and explained why my bill was higher than usual. I expected a 30 minutes conversation, only 10-15 minutes she had a lot of knowledge plus she saved me about $400 I was going to pay off my current phone and switch to prepaid. Thx you Bree 👍👍👍👍

This location is wonderful compared other nearby locations. Best location in York! Yousef was super knowledgeable and helped us set up our new iPhone even though we bought it at another Verizon location (at which they told us they were too busy to help us set it up but charged us a set up fee anyway)
