“Our old furnace stopped working this past winter which caused us to have to shop around for a new one. Youngsville Hardware provided the best price and also provided phenomenal customer service. Everything from the HVAC techs installing the new one in a timely manner, to Jordyn providing fantastic customer service both in helping ordering the new system, sending out the techs, and helping us manage issues with penelec and the insurance company when the first mother board blew in the new unit due to voltage issues that stemmed from a broken neutral in the transformer on the telephone poll. Everything about the service Youngsville hardware provided was top notch!”
