“I arrived at the Stratford Esso on a snowy day and found out the door to my gas tank was frozen shut. One of the employees helped me get it open. I then pumped my gas and my car wouldn’t start :(. A comedy of errors. Turns out that the employee was actually the manager, Fallon. She continued to help me problem solve the key fob, battery etc. and even helped push my car away from the pump for a battery charge. In the end, I had to call a tow truck to take me to my service garage. In the meantime, she chatted and offered me coffee. I truly appreciated the warm welcome and support on a snowy cold day when things were not “going my way” :)

Her customer service was truly outstanding — she was extremely polite, respectful, and knew exactly how to talk to customers. Angela made the whole interaction pleasant and comfortable. “It is five stars, but there is a problem, the service of putting water to clean car windows in the cans next to filling the fuel, all of them are empty and they did not fill them. Please order them to be filled again so that the customer can clean his glass, and this is what distinguishes you from others. To be honest, all the workers at the station are wonderful and have a smiling face.”

“They were there when we needed gas and coffee - they have a Tim Hortons there, too. We waited until we found that combination of gas and coffee because we needed to fuel up for a long drive to the North Point Lighthouse today. What a fun experience we have been having on PEI, even though we are spending about 50 bucks a day on fuel!”
