Great service and unless the piece is out of stock , I have always gotten my phone back in a period of a few days to a week maximum.”

“Couple of week ago I baught some furniture from brick , on the delivery i didn’t realize that there is a small piece of shelf is missing and i didn’t even know there is a time frame of 24 hrs to file a report , it took me some days to go to the store to claim a missing piece I went to the customer service and DJEEMECRY helped me a lot , He ordered a new piece of shelf and guided me how to follow up the order. The folks here believe in and execute the mission statement to the T.I was in touch with Karim to demo a few B&O products. We set a time, and Karim spent nearly two hours answering my questions. I played all the music I wanted to on all the products I needed to demo.Everyone here is very passionate about what they do.I drove from Ottawa just for a demo and ended up buying something I would have bought six months later only cause Karim worked out a fabulous deal and offered multiple options to pick up what I wanted.I am coming back for upgrades in the future.Karim, you are the best!”

“I was referred to this store by a friend, and I was looking for a 24-inch stove. I am glad I found a Frigidaire stove here. It was a verygood find, and it was promptly delivered as promised. I realized later that the bulb was missing from the oven. I informed the owner, Mr. Largi, who came home in person to replace the bulb! Extraordinary customer service during times when after-sales service just does not exist anymore.
