“The new Apple Sainte-Catherine location is really impressive. It’s spacious, modern and has plenty of room to browse the different products without feeling cramped.
It does get extremely busy, though. If you need technical support or help with something specific, I would strongly recommend making an appointment in advance. Otherwise, you may be waiting quite a while before someone is available.
My experience on the sales side was completely different and overwhelmingly positive. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient, and the whole purchase process was smooth.
