“Excellent customer service received from Samuel (The Source at QC) and Saiid (The Source at St Hubert Quebec).My friend Eric helped coordinate with The Source in QC the purchase of a camera (Finepix XP140) on my behalf. The camera wasn't available in Nova Scotia only in The Source in St Hubert Montreal. My friend, with the help of Samuel and Saiid, had the camera transferred from The Source in St Hubert to QC then shipped to The Source in Mic Mac Mall Dartmouth NS; Samuel had all this done between stores with no shipping charge to customer.Very happy with the service provided, going beyond expectations to serve "The source" customer in a different province. The Source online wouldn't/couldn't do this as the online customer service only control items in national warehouse not what individual stores have in stock; it is at each stores discretion to accommodate between stores. Thank you.”
