Easy access and egress if before 8 am. I was here 6:50 am store was open almost empty lot.
Great freindly folks plus good selection, though everything is French (other than IGA) damn hard on a person but Canada seems to have gone to the tarrants. Force and coercion over Liberty and Freedoms I guess.
