“I'm giving it 5 stars, since I was looking for a sofa that was out of stock and I was offered a discontinued model in store. Once arrived at the store, the sofa was sold (this was my fault, I arrived too late). In fact, the saleswoman present greatly helped us find the same sofa in another branch and she had it put aside for us. Thank you so much”
