“Similar experience as all other Costco gas prices expect the fact it doesn't always have the same great discount as the other ones, perhaps due to its proximity to downtown Montreal ?”

“Very good prices and fast service. No line up. Most gas stations today ( March 2026 ) sell the regular for 161.9-164.9. Here is at 144.9. So pretty good difference.”

They do great work efficiently, their prices are very reasonable, and customer service is second to none! Finding mechanics like these who are honest, kind, and do the job right, is truly amazing! “I could not recommend this mechanic MORE! Took my car in for a repair. Mechanics were super fast, super friendly. Told me exactly what they were going to have to do. I accidently left $20 in the center console. When I picked up the car, the mechanic told me that he saw the bill while he was looking for the lock nut key and wanted to make sure l that I knew it was there and didn't forget it. Also very well priced!! I will 100% be taking it back here for future issues.”
175 Rue Riverside, Saint-Lambert QC J4R 1A6
“Since I know nothing about cars, I always feel at the mercy of a mechanic! Martin always takes the time to explain to me, in English, exactly what is wrong and what my options are. I've been a customer for at least 20 years and I certainly trust him to give me the best advice.”
197 Rue Riverside, Saint-Lambert QC J4R 2N3
“There was only one employee who worked so he was very busy (not even had time to have his food!!!) but he was very patient with our problem and helped us fix the tire good. Overall was a very good experience! 👍👍”

“Exceptionally nice staff who went above and beyond to try and boost our dead battery, even helped push car and refused tip even though we insisted. Gives me faith in our younger generation. Made a really unpleasant experience almost bearable. Stop at their station and experience their pleasant demeanor firsthand!”

“I was shocked and impressed with how well the car was cleaned. I have 2 dogs and the car is covered in fur and day to day grime. I am as tidy as I can be but it's not the easiest car to clean. This was my first time and I will not ever go anywhere else! ABSOLUTELY spotless, I feel like I traded my car in a for a new one! Super professional, polite and courteous as well. Very well priced!”
5791 Boul. Saint-Laurent, Montréal QC H2T 1S9
“I am not one to write reviews but whenever people ask for a garage recommendation I point them here. Have owned a car for 10 years and have been going here for 5+ years, they are easy to communicate with and won’t push unnecessary repairs on you. Encouraged me not to fix my air conditioning, because of the age and condition of my car vs how much it would cost to fix it wouldn’t be worth it.”

“This is the best petrol station and newsagent as you approach the motorway in La Prairie! If you have finally jettisoned your brood of spotty teens at La Magdeleine, think about stocking up an unhealthy supply of vices. The Ultramar sells a healthy supply of unhealthy crud, petrol, and car washes.”
9151 Rue Airlie, Montréal QC H8R 2A4
“I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and everyone who works there is incredibly nice. I came in to buy oil because my car’s computer showed a message that I thought meant I needed to add oil. When the owner came out to help, he checked the oil first and explained that the message was actually the oil-change reminder timer not a low oil warning. He probably saved my car from unnecessary trouble. On top of that, he topped off my brake fluid for free because he already had an open bottle. He even refused my tip and refunded the oil. Local, hardworking people! this kind of service should be taught.”
950 Taschereau Blvd, La Prairie QC J5R 1W6
“Best automatic car wash I’ve ever tried! It’s long (like 10 minutes) with way more cycles than any other gas station wash I’ve been to. They really take their time. My car came out spotless, shiny, and looking amazing. I love it. Definitely coming back — thank you! ?✨”

“Gas is gas...and I didn't go inside. Very clean pump. At least the card transaction system at the pump is definitely better than that of Shell and Petro-Canada.”
10 Bd des Champs-Fleuris, La Prairie QC J5R 5W4
“Initial problem:I made 2 pre-payments at checkout, and the full payment amount was taken off my credit card, instead of the actual gas amount used. This happened on 2 transactions, since November 1st.****EDIT***:The problem was resolved with another employee. The person I met the first two times was in training. He could have tried to contact his manager in the meantime, a slight lack of proactivity in my opinion. However, the manager was able to reimburse me without any problem and seemed really embarrassed by the situation. Unlike other service stations, the pre-payment at the checkout, if it is not used in full, is not automatically refunded. You must return to the cash register to be reimbursed for the overpayment. To know :)”

“I leave Mont St-hilaire to go to this Petro-Canada because the car wash washes very well. Even though it's crowded with people, the courtyard is so big that we can move around easily. On the other hand, speaking of car washes, I find that when you buy a 5-wash card, it would be nice if it were less expensive.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
