“A hydraulic hose on my tractor decided to break on a Friday at 4:30 p.m. As all the garages were closed I tried to find a place that could help me out on a Saturday. At Quincallerie Touraine they made me a custom hose on a Saturday morning at a more than competitive price. I'm definitely going to go back there.”

“Great spot for snacks! They’ve got a wide variety of goodies, especially if you’re into Asian treats. Found some nostalgic Chinese snacks I haven’t had in ages and even picked up a few unique Japanese ones. The ice cream selection? Chef’s kiss! Perfect for a quick stop if you’re craving something fun and different.”

“This is my go‑to store for renovation projects, and it’s always been reliable. I get most of my materials here — lumber, tools, hardware — and having a RONA Pro account makes it even better with an instant 5% discount. Customer service consistently delivers, and prices are often better than those at stores on the Ottawa side. A solid, dependable place in the area for anyone tackling regular reno work. Big thanks to the Pro section staff — always helpful, efficient, and making every visit smoother for those of us picking up materials often. Update: Thank you for the kind response and for recognizing the value of consistent service. I’m grateful for the support your team continues to offer — especially in the Pro section, where efficiency and care make all the difference. Wishing you all a smooth and successful season ahead. — H.Z.”
