“The Manager, Shaun, was excellent! A friend had lost her cell phone and she was desperate as it was her only means of communication. An honest female customer of the TD bank found the phone outside the bank and brought it to the bank manager. Shaun told me today that he had the phone and was holding it safe and secure until either Maisie or her daughter could come to retrieve it. Thank you, Shaun, and thank you honest TD customer!!”

“The first time, about nine months ago, I went to the RBC Bank on Guy Concordia Street with my spouse to open an account.
One of the bank officials named Mrs. Elnaz Khosravani and her colleague talked to us and provided a lot of guidance.

Until today, May 6, 2024, Elnaz is located at 13135 B0ul Gouin Ouest Montreal, they have answered our questions several times during office hours and sometimes even during

“I met with Maddy at the CIBC branch who helped me update my SIN number and address for my CIBC account since I became a permanent resident and moved to Quebec. She also helped me secure a new credit card with better credit availability (my previous card was as an international graduate student and only had a limit of $500). She also offered me a line of credit at a decent interest rate, and was very patient in explaining how it worked. She also helped with hiccups with the CC and LOC on the credit team's end. It has been a very pleasant experience working with Maddy!”

“I was so lucky to get in-person appointment via online portal at 2065 Rue Saint-Louis, Saint-Laurent, QC H4M 1P1 today at 27 June 15:50hrs and the TD Bank Representative Miss. Lousen (she/her/hers) Krikor was so cooperative, friendly, professional banker who guided me bit by bit for all forms I was signing and she made assure to activate my card and TD Bank Application and depositing my money into the account same time.
