“It's always been a great store with employees who clearly enjoy their work and even walking in there is enough to put me in a great mood. I was just a bit disappointed today to find out that the small courtesy of being able to set a book aside for a couple of hours until someone can get there to pick it up is no longer offered. Yes, I am aware that I can do an online order to lay claim to that last remaining copy, but my husband will likely be there to pick it up before the order is even processed and from previous experience I know that it will cause unnecessary confusion.
