This wonderful man took the time in our fridged winter temperatures to help me change the filter in my car. Yes , for some it may sound simple but it wasn't. The lid to the compartment where the filter goes wouldn't close due to the new filter not being as secure of a fit as the previous one. This man stood in the cold with a thin work indoor zip up jacket , until he fixed the situation! I pleaded with him to go inside and he told me its was OK, and continued until he competed the task!
