783 Quebec Rte 105, ChelseaThis is a very overdue review; However, my partner & I had the chance to dine with Les Fougères in early August. The meal started off great & we were served our starters & drinks shortly after we were seated.
Unfortunately, our mains were quite delayed due to an event taking place at the restaurant that evening. Naturally, this upset us. However, the staff at the restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. They were extremely patient with us & were both professional & diligent, with regards to how they remediated the delay.
We would love to dine with Les Fougères the next time we're in town.
