“The place reminds me of a Winners, a little more elaborate and varied... or a Walmart with much fewer options. However, the choice of decorative items is to say the least... astonishing! You really find everything there. I admit that this is the department that interests me the most when I shop here and I often come home with a little something new! Because if there is one element that sets Marshalls apart from its competitors, it is the prices: often very reasonable, lower than the competition. All the same, I must admit, on a few occasions, I had more or less pleasant experiences with clerks (especially the time when I was made to wait around twenty minutes simply to find out the price of 'an item). Nice establishment, but when you look at all the items sold there, nothing amazing either.”

“Large space offering an imposing choice of items. A little bit of everything at a very reasonable price. It vaguely reminds me of a huge Dollarama which also offers products for more than 5 dollars. On two occasions I had minor run-ins with the cashiers (including one memorable time when I was charged almost $10 more than the actual amount!), so I would suggest keeping a close eye on them. Otherwise, many great discoveries and an overall pleasant experience during each of my visits.”

Although each time I go, it seems less and less cashier's are working so us shoppers end up in a huge line, which takes quite a long time...when all they have to do is go on intercom and ask for another employee to come to the cash. (I've worked as a receptionist/cashier plenty of times so I know how the flow is suppose to go...Fast,efficient...yet slow enough to greet and make the customer feel valued. Found a great deal!
